Security and Audits
OpenGuild's smart contracts have been audited by Certik. You could find the final audit report for our v1 contracts here.
As an additional level of security, we have added the following features:
Allowlists for investors and guilds: only allowlisted investors and guilds will be allowed to interact with the smart contracts.
Per-investor investment limits: each investor will have a limit for how much investment he or she can take on.
Pool-wide investment limits: pools will be capped at how much investment it could take on.
Recipient max balances: there is a limit to the outstanding balance guild managers can have at any given time
